As a result of support from major grants received by Pacific EMPRINTS from the Office of the U.S. Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, there is no cost for attending this program or for the materials that will be provided. However, there will be a nominal fee to cover all food and refreshment costs.

ABOUT MATHER LIFEWAYS
Mather LifeWays is a not-for-profit organization based in Evanston, Illinois, with a 60+ year track record of enhancing the lives of older adults. Its Institute on Aging provides services such as but not limited to improving the senior living workforce, supporting family caregivers, and offering the nationally recognized P-R-E-P-A-R-E trainings.
P-R-E-P-A-R-E equips senior living and long-term care professionals with the core competencies to address the medical and psychosocial consequences of natural disasters and other public health emergency preparedness and response concerns. Mather LifeWays will have conducted P-R-E-P-A-R-E train-the-trainer
classes in all 50 states by August 2008.
