Pacific EMPRINTS Distance Learning Courses

Our Distance Learning courses are designed to train the busy healthcare professional in various aspects of emergency response and preparedness by providing an online resource that can be accessed at any time. Each course takes an average of 30 minutes to complete, and consists of a multimedia presentation of PowerPoint® slides narrated in lecture format.

Pacific EMPRINTS offers courses on a variety of subjects, ranging from bioterrorism concerns such as Anthrax, Plague and Viral Hemorrhagic Fevers, to emerging infectious diseases such as Avian Influenza. We are also the only provider of online Problem-Based Learning cases, which are online courses based on real-life cases, and designed to help healthcare providers visualize how a bioterrorism threat might present itself.
